There are bunch of advertisements on products that promotes muscle gains. Countless supplements and those energy boosting drinks have been sold millions to people in America.

if you have been hitting the gym for a while now, I’m sure you know what i’m talking about. You probably think of buying the protein powder or the energy supplement because you think they will help you to get bulky and built. OR maybe you see someone big at GNC getting those protein powder, and you think you wanna buy that as well to look like that big random stranger. OR maybe you are a beginner and its your first time at the gym, and your trainer is trying to sell you some products and convince you that you will look like a Superman.

I’m telling you all the exact opposite. Please don’t waste your bucks because those protein powder or supplements/energy boosting stuff, are not gonna work. Good news is I’ve got better stuff for you if you wanna build those muscle.

I have been in this industry of bodybuilding for years, so I understand fully which ones are the fact. I’ve got many questions from friends or clients about building muscle. I never tell them things that don’t work because i learn and read all about body building since High School My knowledge about food and nutrition also will help you all on building those muscle.

Important things I always tell my friends or clients, if they wanna build their muscle is to lift and lift and keep lifting. You need to challenge the body and your muscle. Lift weights will make your muscle stronger. You also need to eat regularly and be sure to eat healthy and full of nutrition. You have tons of choices for food such as , chicken breast, beef, fish, eggs, milk, brown rice, sweet potatoes, vegetables and fruits. If you eat all of those, there is no need to consume protein powder. They are certainly affordable than protein powder and probably much more beneficial. Imagine 1 scoop of protein powder, you only get 24 grams of protein. Try eating 1 chicken breast or 3 cans of tuna, trust me you get just the same amount of protein. Also you can try a shot of black coffee to boost your energy before working out at the gym. Make sure no sugar or cream in the coffee.
